Hi, I’m Kavin Raval, a construction estimator based in Phoenix, Arizona. I currently work at Nets Unlimited, where I help estimate and coordinate specialty construction projects involving zoo exhibits, animal containment, netting systems, cable systems, and custom-built solutions.

My background combines civil engineering, construction management, estimating, field coordination, 3D visualization, documentation, photography, and video storytelling. This website is where I share my professional work, construction insights, creative projects, travel stories, and the lessons I learn while building my career in the United States.

My construction journey started with a childhood curiosity for building and slowly grew into a professional career shaped by civil engineering, field experience, construction management education in the USA, luxury home building, and specialty estimating. From working as a site engineer to becoming a Project Estimator and Coordinator at Nets Unlimited, each step taught me the value of smart work, patience, planning, and continuous learning. Today, working on zoo exhibits, theme parks, and custom netting systems has shown me that construction is not just about building structures, but about solving problems, understanding details, and creating safe, functional spaces. My journey continues with the same mindset: stay humble, stay curious, and keep building smarter.
